If we are to love God with heart, soul, mind, and strength
And love our neighbor as ourselves,
Then we must take care of ourselves
Emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Failure to do so in any way--
Especially the latter--
Makes it next to impossible to fully love.
And so:
Days off and
Sabbaths are needed
And should be embraced.
